Common challenges

The hardest part isn't knowing what to do.
It's starting.

Traditional to-do apps assume you just need a better list. Pace was built for ADHD minds — replacing overwhelming backlogs with one small, believable step at a time.

Tap any challenge you relate to

One screen.
One step.
Nothing else.

Most productivity apps add features until they need their own manual. Pace takes them away. You open it, you see the one thing worth doing right now, and you start.

  • No dashboards or endless lists
  • Type or speak a task in seconds
  • A soft timer scoped to just this step
  • Stored 100% locally on your device — private by default

Create new

Big projects,
believable steps.

Tell Pace what you need to get done and when. It sizes the project and breaks it into small, concrete steps — and the first one is always easy, just to get you moving.

Try it: the plan adapts to the size of the project. Tap a step to interact.

Due Friday · 5 steps

Gentle nudges,
zero guilt.

Pace only reaches out when you drift or get stuck. No streaks to break, no red warnings, no shame. Miss a window? The step quietly comes back later — maybe a little smaller.

  • Lock Screen & Dynamic Island keep you anchored
  • Missed steps resurface, never pile up
  • A forgiving “pace” that never resets to zero

Still in flow? Step 2 is ready whenever you are.

Designed around how
ADHD actually feels.

Less to decide

Pace picks the next step for you, so your energy goes into doing, not choosing.

Time you can see

Short, soft timers make time visible, without the panic of a looming deadline.

Kind by default

No streaks, no red states. Bad days dip your pace a little. They never erase your progress.

A note from the maker

I built Pace for my wife.

She's brilliant at what she does. But with ADHD, the hardest part of her day was never the work itself, it was starting. Big tasks would freeze her, deadlines would sneak up, and every to‑do app we tried just turned into another list to feel bad about.

So I made her something simpler: one screen, one small step, and a gentle nudge when she needs it. Watching it help her is the reason I'm sharing it with you.
